In minorities, the leading cause of depression, death, animal and child abuse, tears, impotence, low self-esteem, persistent whining, bad weather, the common cold, unemployment, inability to assimilate, high taxes, crime, poverty, welfare, congestive heart failure, global warming, global cooling,....etc...essentially the cause of any condition or event that a minority doesn't like or approve of. Literally the worst thing in the entire world.

Directed at a white person by a non-white person: causing the speaker, or some (actual or hypothetical) like-race individual, to feel (or suspect that he may feel) unwanted, uncared for, unlikeable, uneasy, uncomfortable, upset, angry, guilty, hurt, cross, inferior, or stupid in some way, usually by the offending party being racist (def. 1), being racist (def. 2), or saying something like "crime rates are disproportionately high among minorities" Derogatory. Punishable by death in most jurisdictions. Often rendered "raciss", as in "you raciss" and "das raciss".

I worked in management at Waste Management for over a deacade. 75% black workforce.
We all got along just fine. But the baiters dont want to hear that. Their comment is that we must have just "tolerated" each other long enough to get a pay check.
In reality thought, the biggest fighters in the group? The Mexicans vs the Cubans. Man they would actually go at in the parking lot.
The Chief marketing officer for the wild wing cafe chain is investigating the incident. She said:
"It's not an us vs. them — we really join them in their concern," said the chief marketing officer, Debra Stokes. "We have a zero tolerance of any kind. We have a diverse collection of individuals within our organization. We have always prided ourselves on inviting everyone into our restaurants."
