All that said, his story seems iffy at best.
If he can prove a patter of past abuse, the jury might buy a battered spouse syndrome defense. But given that men are less likely to report spousal abuse, that might be difficult for him. Or he might be lying through his teeth. As always, its hard to say given the few facts that are initiall reported. This was Medina's account to Miami Dade police:
He and his wife argued. He pulled a gun on her. She threatened to leave him. He put the gun away and followed her. She unloaded a volley of punches on him. He fetched the gun again. She pulled a knife. He wrestled it out of her hands. She punched him again.
Then he shot her "multiple times."

I don't get what the **** some people have to post this **** on facebook and twitter for.
People are ****ing stupid.
Another way this is done is when people tweet during horrific events.
As an example, there was a shooting in a Toronto mall, while the shots were being fired people were tweeting about it under the tables in the food court where it went down.
