If your posts reflect the kind of attitude you walk around with, then you definitely suck as a supervisor.
My role as a supervisor is to make sure these rigs get built correctly, and on time. If my workers can't do that, I replace them. If I "suck" as a supervisor, it's because I'm not there to be nice, or buddy buddy with everybody. It's because there is **** that needs to get done, and they aren't doing their job to the best of their abilities. They get paid too much to just stand around and **** off all day, but they will if they're left unsupervised. They even complain that 17 dollars an hour isn't enough, and that they should be paid more, while they have to be told constantly to work. That's a ****ty work ethic. That's the ethic of American entitlement, and I've had to hear it since I was 15, when I got my first job. There is a very good reason why I'm a supervisor, and they're still ground level.
I love the NSA. It's like having a secret fan-base you will never see, but they're there, watching everything you write and it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside knowing that I may be some person's only form of unconstitutional entertainment one night.

Yes, but fewer of the lazy ones end up here.

I didant to go on record here by way of saying that if Isabelle Huppert should ever wish to settle down in Oregon, I could probably find something forher todo and she could be just as lazy as she wishes.

    Yeah, like I said.

How many hours can you work a week? ****, I might come to work for you and I promise, you won't have to keep an eye on me. Sounds like it wouldn't be too hard to make those other clowns look like assholes.

No, Sutr's right, there. If someone is hired to do a job, it's their part of the agreement to work, while their on the job. If they don't perform, they are corrected, or replaced.

If that's all he said, then I would've agreed wholeheartedly. It's the attitude. All I did was disagree with him and point out his attitude and it's **** this and **** that.

Right, "**** this and **** that", because it's time to stop crying and go to work. Anyone that can't do their job, pack your **** and go home.

My point is that if that's how he deals with complete strangers on the Internet, then I very sincerely doubt that he's much of a supervisor to the people he has to deal with in person. I don't work for him, so he has no right whatsoever to get like that with me over a difference of opinion.

    I think you're being a bit thin-skinned.
