    There is such a thing as too much information.

    That must be some computer program the NSA has developed. When I call my telephone tech service, I can't understand half of what they say and I'm part of the conversation. If the NSA can decode it, perhaps this will turn into one of those NASA type inventions that have practical civilian use. I'd love to have a thick accent decoder for my phone.
