Desmond Tutu Would Prefer Hell Over A Homophobic Heaven

Do you not read the posts that you like? You liked one of the first posts of thread and it's first line was "I hope he enjoys his eternal suffering that is so painful we can't imagine it on earth." You hope that someone goes to Hell and so do many other Christians. That toxicity, as you call it, needs to be banished before it infects all of us.

I liked some of it. Has nothing to do with me saying anything. Stop lying.

The only thing that needs to be banished is your posting people said things they did not.

I never wrote that you said it. I wrote, "You mean like Christians - including you - who hope that people go to Hell?" That was based on, as I said, you liking digsbe's post. You've now accused me twice of doing something I did not do. Stop lying. It's not the Christian thing to do.

/waits for a very Christian response

You mean like Christians - including you - who hope that people go to Hell?

You said I think/hope that people go to hell when I do not. That is a lie, period.

Yes it was not true and that makes it what?

Hey, if you don't want to look you're endorsing people's comments, don't like them. Even further, if you think someone has misunderstood you, then responding with a personal attack as you did is not very Christian. Your posts have some true Scribes and Pharisees realness going on in them.

You did not tell the truth. I pointed it out. You lied end of story. Live with it.

As for my posts, then prove them wrong? I know you can't, but you can sit here and claim another falsehood while having no way to prove it. My posts are biblically accurate. Your posts so far have been nothing but hot air and bluster for the most part.

Your posts call to mind a particular part of Scripture:

Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices—mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel. (Matthew 23:23-24)

Thats all you got? HEHEHEHEHE!

The most important of the three were the Pharisees because they are the spiritual fathers of modern Judaism. Their main distinguishing characteristic was a belief in an Oral Law that God gave to Moses at Sinai along with the Torah. The Torah, or Written Law, was akin to the U.S. Constitution in the sense that it set down a series of laws that were open to interpretation. The Pharisees believed that God also gave Moses the knowledge of what these laws meant and how they should be applied. This oral tradition was codified and written down roughly three centuries later in what is known as the Talmud.

The Pharisees also maintained that an after-life existed and that God punished the wicked and rewarded the righteous in the world to come. They also believed in a messiah who would herald an era of world peace.

Pharisees were in a sense blue-collar Jews who adhered to the tenets developed after the destruction of the Temple; that is, such things as individual prayer and assembly in synagogues.

Sorry I am teaching what Christ and his followers said. Does not apply.

What is even more laughable is that you don't really know anything about me, yet you apply this...

So feel free to point out how posting in this forum I have neglected...

Matters of law..
Justice...
Mercy...
Faithfulness..

I submit my posts have done the exact opposite.

So go for it!

Why would you copy and paste a whole lot of nothing from some random website and then ask me to point something out that I already did?

You have pointed out nothing, other than hot air that does not apply. You have not shown a single post where I have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. because you can't.

You know it and I know it. Stop playing games and admit you got nothing. Of course I knew that from the beginning.

I have no doubt that you truly believe everything you just said.

I have no doubt that you truly believe everything you just said.

Then please point out where I said anything even close to what you accuse me of? Just one post? So yes I believe it all because unlike you my posts have been truthful. You should be able to point out one hypocritical post that would make me a pharisee?

I know you can't because you lost this the minute you said something like that, because it's not true in anyway. Of course you know this and are pretty much lashing out in impotent rage at this point.

That's your posts to me except the first one. It was nothing but an ad hominem rant so I left it out. Please show where you "point something out that I already did?"

And as soon as you do that, we can get back on topic.

Again, I have no doubt that you truly believe everything you just said.

Now you want to play "I know you are but what am I."

Figured as much. No proof. Just hot air.

Thanks for playing.

This is my favorite part of the post because it treats this conversation as if it's a prize rather than a nuisance.

The only thing that is a nuisance here is your inability to back up baseless accusations based on???? Well nothing. Nothing you have shown at all.

I expected nothing less. ;)

That last line is gold. Holy ****.

Desmond Tutu is pretty much a buffoon.
