What LAW is being made respecting an establishment of religion?
"I condemn the ideology of White Supremacy and Nazism. They are thugs, criminals, and repugnant, and are against what I believe to be "The American Way" "
Thus my obligatory condemnation of White supremacy will now be in every post, lest I be accused of supporting it because I didn't mention it specifically every time I post.

you have a problem with them trying to" impose their will on others".
i'm saying that's a bull**** argument, or you are a hypocrite.

folks hide behind such statement to mask their real problems..... the imposition of wills is widely acceptable in society and government.. hell, it's what society and government is all about, it's how they both operate.

fact of the matter is this...you have no problem with your will being imposed on other people... you just have a problem with imposition if it comes from people you see as inferior.

Why not? The Constitution allows for freedom of religion, not freedom from religion...

I care. What can I say? I care. & I believe that having a prayer at the beginning of a govt meeting is an endorsement of that religion.

Perhaps they should start with everyone kneeling down and bowing toward Mecca?

well, I can respect that opinion.... it's about your "beliefs".... your beliefs, however, are not consistent with law nor the Constitution.

as a matter of law and Constitutionality... opening prayers are fine.

No, freedom to express is much different than imposing restrictions thereon...
