Putin: Snowden will leave Russia as soon as he gets opportunity

We're about 14 minutes and 30 seconds into Snowden's 15 minutes of fame. He's a very, very small man.

At least the weather in Ecuador is a lot nicer than that of Russia.

Putin says that as soon as Snowden gets a chance to leave Russia he will leave.

27 days in the Moscow airport and counting...
A bit bigger than a prison cell but not much outdoor recreation...

Doesn't make Snowden any less a traitor.

Oh yeh! Must be a real scumbag. He informed you that your gov't is spying on you 24/7. Nothing traitorous that I can see. Also his laptops will be encrypted and the encryption might be broken in 10-100 years, so where's even a hint of proof of treason. He informed you, not the enemy, of something that you did not want to believe. About that war on terror. 9/11 was an attack on Corporate America, not the people. It was terror on Corporate America. Let Corporate America foot the bill for the War on Terror. Get the gov't out of my ass.

Video @: Putin:

Putin says that as soon as Snowden gets a chance to leave Russia he will leave. Russia seems not be interested in granting him asylum. Russia migration officials arent commenting anymore on this matter.

I don't have any proof, but it's my guess that Snowden will not be coming back to the USA anytime soon, even though the US Government has said that it won't torture or execute him :http://www.nytimes.com/2013/07/27/world/europe/edward-snowden.html?_r=0

The fact that we can't get Russia to deport him shows pretty clearly that the Russians don't respect Obama and his administration.

People wanted to vote for the "cool" president, but rash, uneducated decisions have consequences.

me thinks it funny is that the administration is so powerless overseas that the best they can do is double-dog dare him to turn himself in.

Short of going to war, I'm not sure what you wanted Obama to accomplish. Russia hasn't listened to the United States since....well, ever. Maybe in 1867 when we bought Alaska from them. Maybe, but then maybe not.

Which administrations have the Russians listened to? Seriously, I want to know. It's going to be an awfully short list. Despite what Bush would tell you, Putin was not his BFF.

And the Chinese are sooooo compliant.

Why do think he left China if he had it so nice there?

Yea cuz Russia has a long history of respecting American foreign policy and foreign policy demands, especially when demands are put upon them. (what a lame talking you just made)
