    When you have a party who gets elected saying they hate government, no action and obstruction is par for the course.

    You hire people to run a government that believe the government's purpose is bad at its root, you get a badly run government. A self fulfilling prophecy.

    If a bipartisan committee came up with, say, a comprehensive plan to reform taxes by lowering rates on the rich and corporations, eliminate tax credits and deductions, would you call the President a joke when he ignores it?
