DiAnna mentions three things, including one that by itself would make the suit viable (ie sexual harrassment) and instead of addressing that, you picked one mistatement (about Paula herself "utter(ing) racial slurs") and used that to dishonestly misrepresent the situation as one where there was nothing " definitive supporting the plaintive in her civil case"
The fact is that there is plenty of facts which are "definitive" and "support the plaintiff in her civil case"
So basically, you've shown that you've been doing something even worse than what I've accused you of up until now. Not only are you focusing on posts which incorrectly claim that Paula has uttered racial slurs and failing to point out that the case does not hinge on whether or not she uttered them, but you are also using those mistaken claims to dishonestly argue that the plaintiff has nothing to support their civil case, which is nothing but an outright lie.
So I'll ask you again - Which is better: informing other posters of the relevant facts and helping to keep a discussion on track, or proving that someone on the Internet is wrong?
