And if your employer is offering you a Gold health care plan and you only pay 20% of the premiums then you are insane for complaining about that. Extremely few plans that are given to employees right now or in the past are better than the gold plans under ObamaCare.
Quite frankly I don't believe what you're saying. You are saying that your employer is willing to cover 80% of your premiums if you get the most expensive plan but only 20% if you get the cheapest one? Why on earth would they do that? It makes no sense. They would be rewarding you for making them pay for more of your insurance costs.
