They're claiming he was resisting arrest when he jerked his arm away from a grab.
If someone made any attempt to touch me against my will, or especially to try to grab and/or restrain me, my first, instinctual reaction would be to try to jerk away from that. That's how I would expect just about anyone else to react.

In me, at least, fist-clenching seems to be a normal, involuntary reaction to emotional stress. If I am fearful or angry or in significant pain or otherwise greatly stressed, my fists clench. Perhaps, deep in my subconscious mind, this is a product of a “fight or flight” situation being processed, but it does not correlate to any conscious thought or intent on my part to commit an act of violence.

I would not be the least bit surprised to see this same reaction in a young man being harassed by larger, men who appear to have hostile intent toward him.

Having an “attitude problem” is not a crime.

We can be Godless and free. • “Social justice” through forced redistribution of wealth. • Silencing religious opinions counts as “diversity”. • Freedom without moral and personal responsibility. • Civilization can survive the intentional undermining of the family.

We aren't talking about mouthing off to some hoodlums on the street. The are cops. And they are just further perpetrating the stereotype that cops are just hoodlums themselves, slaves to their base emotions. Certainly not the type of people to trust with any authority.

    Initial thoughts:

14 year old with what looks like a pitbull puppy "roughhousing" on the beach.
Mom standing there filming her son getting taken down. Phone isn't moving much, why is she so calm?
No mention of a tazer, nothing screams authority like a tazer.
    Miami, always something going on.

Probably a little excessive perhaps but I think the story has been a little dramatized by the family members.

The one line " poor little innocent puppy", oh my god.

You must respect the badge. You may not agree with an individual policeman but you must respect the badge and cooperate. If you were done wrongly that can come out later.

Unfortunately nobody filmed the body slamming of another kid.
