....yeah. It's friggin hilarious.

Former Democratic National committee chairman Howard Dean considers the controversy over Benghazi a “joke” and “silly.”

“Benghazi is a laughable joke,” Dean proclaimed twice last week in a discussion with Republican National Committee communications chairman Sean Spicer.

“With all due respect, governor, when four Americans die serving this country, that’s not a joke, sir,” Spicer responded.

“Oh, stop it,” Dean said.

The former Democratic presidential candidate also said that there were “no serious questions being asked about Benghazi”...

Yo, Howard, they've barely scratched the surface on Benghazi. The IRS, AP, Fox reporter, and Fast & Furious scandals are child's play to the truth surrounding Benghazi.

And, yikes, even the NY Times and Wapo are on the trail. Real journalistic competitive juices are beginning to flow because even the liberal media outlets know the it's inevitable, so they might as well dig in, too.

Shocking, yet another case of the NRO misrepresenting something and knowing the faithful will feed on it without asking for or seeking insight.

just shocking . . . .

Socrates also laughed and happened to scoff at a jury before they sentenced him to chug hemlock.

Playing it off doesnt really work when the snowball gets too big. That snowball is comming down.

What is a joke is the democrat response to this whole thing. The president slept through the ongoing incident. People KNOWINGLY lied and gave false information about why the event occured. No one knows anything about this event. When Hillary 'testifed' the first time she did her typical shrill cry of vast right wing conspiracy dodge claiming it doesnt matter...lets not argue and bicker over who killed who. All that matters is we find out what happened so it doesnt happen again. And then the democrats and administration promptly...dropped everything. If it MATTERED, then the DEMOCRATS would be the ones banging the drums trying to figure out what went wrong so they could avoid mistakes. Instead...nothing. Silence. Avoidance.

I would agree with Dean on one thing no serious questions are being asked and if they are they are quickly deflected with the help of a lame stream media.

I was thinking we should have a white house petition?

Mr. President would you tell us the names of the people who decided to claim the event was spontaneous, a riot and in response to a video instead of a calculated terrorist attack?

And Mr. president what is your understanding as to why they made such a mistake?

Howard Dean is certainly a little weird, but you know the difference between finding the controversy about Benghazi a joke and laughable, and finding the event itself a joke and laughable. Spicer knows the difference too, but he chooses to pretend he doesn't to make an easy retort, but really that retory is based on a willful misunderstanding of his opponet's position, ie a strawman. Don't pretend they are the same thing.

How many Americans died in Bush's vanity wars? Dean is of course correct: Benghazi is just another example of GOP dishonesty.

Wait a minute, who is lying? Wanna play back that video of Hillary talking about a video?

Yes, I do to watch you gloss and squirm. Benghazi's another bust for Issa.

How's that Fast and Furious thingie working out for ya?

Meanwhile, how many Americans died as a result of Bush's vanity wars and fake in intelligence? Come on, you can count. Or maybe not.

The incident itself is not a joke. The witch hunt surrounding it, is. Once again an unsurprising attempt by the NRO to take comments out of context and manufacture false outrage at something someone else didn't say. It reminded me of this:

Had the administration actually been invested in figuring out what went wrong and who did and/or didn't do what, there would be no "witch hunt". This administrations answer to everything is "whut? Huh? Who? Shazaam! I didn't know. Dont know. Not my fault. Golly look at the time."

No, that's what the witch hunt people told you.

Here's another: Mr. President, do you agree with your senior advisor Dan Pfieffer that the details are irrelevant?

And another: Mr. President, why did you yourself blame what happened on a video? Did you yourself not know the facts?

And another: Mr. President, where were you?

No, that's what the witch hunt people told you.
No...thats the facts...or have we missed al of those administrative inquiries that have been going on for the last 9 months? Do we have the answers to those questions Hillary said we had to learn? No...because they have done precisely **** about it, just like they have no idea about anything else that goes on in this administration. Luckily for them...the O-bots couldnt care less and will go out of their way to make excuses for them.

Hey...dont blame me...I went to bed when i heard it was going on. Had to catch an early flight. I was just repeating what someone else told me.

Does this video answer some of your questions??

President Obama was in the Oval Office, according to exif metadata the following picture was snapped 9/11/2012 7:26:15

I honestly don't care if he agrees with his advisors or not. I do care why he claimed it was the video when the bodies arrived home and to the families of the dead. There are lies, there are mistakes and then there is just plain pathetic.

Yo, Erod, they may have barely scratched the surface, but that surface is all there is...its a veneer, with nothing supporting it. Wonder why everyone have moved to the IRS issue? Because Bengazi "don't hunt." Its as empty an issue as Fast & Furious....

Suggestion to Cons... come up with a real political agenda so you can actually have something to talk about that actually interests people rather than this hopping from perceived scandal to perceived scandal without emotional attachment, which just makes you look shallow and uninteresting.

No, the IRS and AP scandals, coupled with a big tornado in Oklahoma, is providing a badly needed distration on Benghazi, which threatens to end Hillary for good.

Just watch. MSNBC won't leave Moore, Oklahoma for weeks.

If there is anyone who should know a laughable joke when he sees one it's Howard Dean. He sees one every morning in the mirror.
