    Then once again I refer your to my earlier post suggesting that the state of the sale collect the tax for themselves.

    How do you feel about states or areas that give tax free benefits to companies to incentivize their opening a business there? Is that unfair to the competitors?

    The "state of the sale" is the state where the goods are delivered to and under this law, the state will collect the taxes that are remitted to it by vendors who do business in their state
