Correct, and IMV no training is torture...
I don't often change my signature, but this was just too over the top to let anyone forget with what this country is up against...

What about the second? Or the first? Is it OK to restrict free practice of religion by non-citizens?

That is the biggest crap I've seen. Where in the Constitution does it say that?

But it's not torture so why would we cheer?

Yeah, but it's not like Limbaugh would be tortured. Nothing wrong with it, so nothing to justify.

I believe water boarding to be torture and that only fools are convinced by repeated falsehoods.

I also believe the "ticking time-bomb scenario" to be bull****, if your hypothetical Jack Bauer is really that certain he can save lives by doing something cruel or illegal then he should do it and if he's wrong on his head (or his job) be it; It shouldn't be policy to give up the moral high ground.
Haymarket's "support" of the 2nd Amendment, a right he believes we never had.

O please. How about you apply those same standards to a President who hunts down Americans and executes them without a trial ?

One of those was accomplished with "waterboarding " and the other was accomplished with borrowed tax payers monies.
