CO2 Levels are supersizing crabs.

They also become more greedy and like fast food...

Well hell, screw it, keep the pollution coming everyone, it's all worth it for a gigantic plate of crab legs.

CO2 Levels Are Super-Sizing Crabs - Crustaceans bulk up as carbon levels rise

See, they've had it wrong all along. It's not warming we need to worry about. It's being taken over by giant crabs! :scared:

This may sound funny but I think this topic shows another example of how humainity is screwing up the natural order of things.

One thing worries me in particular. If these crabs are indeed growing larger they will need more food to sustain themselves. What if the crabs food source can't cope with the increase size of the crabs.

They start to eat people of course.

Good news for people who like crab Louie.

Bad news for people who like prostitutes.

Actually it made me think of a funny story from my first trip to Moscow.

My now ex-wife and I ducked into a little cafe type place for dinner. My idea of course, as I'm much more adventurous. They had crab on the menu for 300 Rubles - about 10 bucks - not bad at all, so I ordered it. They asked me if I wanted the whole crab, and I said yes (for 10 bucks, you bet I want the whole thing). They brought out the crab to ask again - it was HUGE. I thought "That whole thing for 10 Dollars? Score!"

Due to my less than wondrous skills in the Russian language, it turned out to be 300 rubles per pound. That was a mighty expensive dinner.

They'll be happy on Deadliest Catch !!!
