California Chick-Fil-A Offers Free Meals To Gay Marriage Supporters

Crappy food that makes Americans fat from a fast food company. I'm not sure why anyone would want to eat there to begin with, even if they paid you $5 to do so, and I really don't understand how this is political.

A recent study has shown that 75% of lesbians are overweight and drink heavily. On the other hand gay men seem to be more fit than the community at large. So if what you are saying is true gay men don't eat there anyway. I'm going to agree with Maggie here, it looks like a nice gesture on the part of Chik FilA. Maybe those chicken sandwiches are better for those hung over fat girls than eating other women.

Even though you're obviously a very naive, nanny state Liberal, do you have any idea how "For Profit" businesses operate?

Why do you hate nannies? --most rich people have them and you worship the rich, don't you?

There's some brain-cell-twisting going on when people... usually far-left liberals... attempt to rationalize their hate of others by categorizing other's differing opinions as hate while still trying to be politically correct and using blanket emotional blackmail.

Chick-fil-a supports gay bashing groups and radcen attacks far-left radicals for hating people.

Oh the wonders of the conservative mind!

At least the second time in a 24-hour period; a thread with an OP that seems almost specifically designed to demonstrate the point that I often make, about how those who most loudly proclaim their opposition to bigotry usually turn out to be the worst bigots of all.

The problem was never that christian chicken place was was kicking gays out, or that they would not serve them. They were always willing to take their money, and i do not recall ever hearing they refused a sale to gays. The problem was that the head of their company donated to hate groups. before anyone gets there, he is perfectly entitled to spend his money on promoting whatever hate group he wants to. I don't even blame him for trying to get some money from gays to donate to his hate group. Promotional giveaways have an effect of getting customers to come into your store. I might be a little miffed if i were one of his devout christian chicken supporters, and his store was out there giving free food to the people I was buying his crappy chicken to hate on, but that is not me. Seriously, how many chistian side hug supporters showed up to buy chicken and help his company out and now he is giving free food to their opponents? The haters would have probably wanted some free chicken byproducts too. Yes, I do recognize this is also probably some franchise owner trying to promote their business in an area that has a lot of gay marriage supporters, and it is not a christian chicken thing. Still, I would imagine this is going to tick off the haters much more than it pleases the gays.

Hopw [sic] dare they not tolerate hate speech against them and think it is the greatest thing in the world. that is so intollerant [sic] of them. I think they will be able to live with that.

You know, there are some things in this world it is OK to hate. You know, like people attacking you over something that doesn't effect them and trying to take away your love and happiness when it doesn't do a thing to them. That is one of those things you can feel free to dislike in this world, and the attempt to make it politically correct to hate on others is really a little pathetic. Get with the program and expect when you promote hatred of others to get hatred back.

Quod erat demonstrandum.

And if my point wasn't strong enough as it was, here we have an example of a libaral bigot who is claiming the authority to judge which bigotry is OK, and which is not.

Funny post, but no, what I meant is that Chick Fil A is junk food and I can't believe anyone would voluntarily eat there. I guess it would be ok food in a hostage situation if you had a gun to your head, but even that is stretching it.

here we have a person avoiding making any counter argument and pretending he is a victim. Ok, if you want to be, but remember in that case you are my victim and i expect you to keep on complaining about my horrible treatment of you and your types because it totally boosts my ego to know how uber powerful I am that my words are doing so much harm to you.

Now don't come back and tell me i am not that powerful because it will only ruin your argument that i am victimizing you. I am either that powerful and strong or you are overdramatizing this for the sake of sympathy which is not an actual argument.

Just hope it doesn't happen on sunday because then you not only are a hostage, but you are also going hungry.

Have you ever actually tried it? There surely is better food available in finer, restaurants, at much higher cost, but Chick-fil-A is definitely much higher up the scale than most common fast food in terms of quality and nutrition. Your post seriously reads like a case of someone desperately wanting to hate the food for reasons having nothing to do with the quality of the food itself.

Yeah I don't know. We don't have a CFA where I live. But places like McDs, BK, Wendy's, Zaxby's, Arby's, Sonic, Hardees, and many others are still turning a profit so there must be a reason.

Oh no doubt they turn a profit, and it's a big reason of what's wrong with America.

I have tried it, and it is very far from high quality.

That is like saying it is better to be an alcoholic with whiskey rather than vodka. No one eats fast food for it's nutritional value. It is about taste and convenience. really, if you don't have a taste for it then go down the road to the place you like. It is all going to kill you anyway.

Where did I claim any victimhood at your hands? Other than giving me something to talk about on this one obscure forum, your depravity, your bigotry and your dishonesty really don't have any effect at all on me. What power do you think you have over me or anyone else?

If there is anyone who is “overdramatizing”, it is you; but to no more effect than to provide some mild, frivolous entertainment to the rest of us.

You cannot have it both ways. Either it is horrible and you are effected enough to complain, which you did, or it is not that terrible and your pointless complain was unneeded and you just undermined your own BS. I warned you not to do that, but no you never listen to me and now you just sank your own complaint.

You're right. I fell in to it myself and it took me a couple of months to drop the weight I gained because of it. For me it was the convenience. I'm a busy guy and drive thrus are quick and easy. We've got way too much quick and easy. What is good for us sometimes takes a bit more effort. We will do just about anything to justify less effort even if the costs are unsustainable.

Agreed. I don't look down on anyone who eats there (or other fast food joints), I've got my own vices. Just pointing out that it's really not quality food.

For the record, for fast food joints, I'm partial to Arby's. :)

Since when is opposing the homosexual life bigotry and HATRED. I personnally distance myself from them as I have never deliberatley chosen to associate with them because it is my right to do so. I also prefer the comapny of own my race. So now show me HATRED. (by the way, guess my gender, age and race so you can attach a lable to me as well).

Suppose I was anti-Baptist, and that I wanted to discourage that sect. So, imagine that I sought to encourage social ostracization by making it legal for businesses and government to discriminate against Baptists. In this process, suppose the main manner in which i sought to effect change was if iI gave to anti-Baptist organizations. Organizations which included ones who sought to make it illegal for Baptsts to marry, for example. I would certainly have a right to do this.

But, would my actions be hateful toward Baptists? In short, yes.
