"Problem" was not the best choice of words I could have made. Sorry.

I meant concern about how CIA nominee Brennan would handle drones being used, if he were forced to make a decision about same, and whether or not Brennan was the correct candidate for the job.

He's still figuring out his campaign strategy.

    Yourself, and no one else.

and I'd say the religous delusionaries in this case are those who give their undying fealty to the State...

I hope it's only the beginning. It's a slippery slope when you attempt to justify the conditions in which you would throw away the Constitution. The Constitution is there because our forefathers did not trust authority. Looking back to the day when the Constitution was ratified, you have to admire those who wrote it and signed it for the geniuses they were. They understood human nature. And, as the years progressed, it is not hard to understand why our forefathers distrusted authority. From the Alien and Sedition Acts all the way to the present day when one president attempts to justify torture, and the president after him floats a trial balloon on killing American citizens without due process. There have been many times where the Constitution has been challenged, and withstood those challenges. And We the People must always be vigilant against attempts to redefine with weasel words what this sacred document stands for. For once it is lost, it will be gone forever. For these reasons, as well as countless others, I will defend the Constitution of the United States of America with everything I have, even if it means just posting something on an internet forum. There are times when I shake my head at what my leaders do, but make no mistake. I love my country, and what it stands for, and I always will, which is probably why I get pretty uptight when crap like this happens. It's a slippery slope. Benjamin Franklin, when asked what kind of government we were going to have, replied "A Republic, if we can keep it". If we can keep it - Those are the magic words, and it takes every citizen making their voice constantly heard, through the ages, to make it happen. There was never a time when Americans could be complacent, and this time is no different than any other time when leaders made their assaults on the Constitution. God Bless America.
