Friedman explains the people hurt most by the minimum wage laws are blacks. It is (was?) the most anti-negro law on the books.
CLEARLY not a "culture" problem

War on drugs seems like an objective law, but it is not. You fail to take into account "objective enforcement".
This guy did his homeworkThe Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel 1976 was awarded to Milton Friedman "for his achievements in the fields of consumption analysis, monetary history and theory and for his demonstration of the complexity of stabilization policy".
Blaming shortcomings on economics and not race is nothing but scapegoating - nothing more, nothing less. Blaming "the man" won't earn points in my book. I call a spade a spade.
Whining changes nothing.
Scratch that comment then. You see a thread about economics, you see Friedman, you skip the chase and go to the conclusion.
Everything else I stand by though. It's still blaming everything but race when you should blame race.
