Try again. Republican Governors came out against Keystone for this very reason. And they were right about protesting it.

The firm behind the pipeline does not have a good record in their native Canada. And that aquifer is vital.

Yeah I am sure the costs wouldn't be favoring companies for the structures.
Also with this last round of sanctions on Iran.....I really don't know where else they can go with more on them.
