Radio police talking of burning dorner's house down

Well I listened to the full on audio and they weren't even trying to "burn him out" it seemed like. They were just burning down the house (or cabin or whatever). And how did his car get set on fire btw? You can hear the cops talking about "what corner of the house the blood spatters are in" and where to aim the "burners" They lit every single wall of the shed at once with 7 "burners" according to the audio. This isnt cops trying to flush someone out. This is cops burning evidence. There was 1 single shot and they deliberately aimed for blood spatters.... Dude is claiming he was innocent... *scratches head* Looks like some bigwig is using cops as his personal militia.

Does the thought of this guy being a scapegoat/patsy/sacrifice enter anyone's mind at all?

Cops shooting up unarmed people in the Dorner hunt. Who gave these guys orders to attempt to kill when no one is presenting danger?? The "mistaken" identity excuse is irrelevant as these people obviously never posed any threat of any type. Something needs to be done about the LAPD. They are a terrorist organization. They do not employ peace officers. They employ death officers. It is time we have laws that put bad cops away for life. If you abuse your extra powers against society then you need to be dealt with harshly. No "internal affairs". If the cops arent prosecuted for attempted murder then the LAPD is a terrorist organization.

Burning down a house is some wild west type ****. And they shot up innocent people using Dorner as an excuse.. They deserve no praise.

There are various types of gasses... powder/liquid and others by way of burning...referred to as hot gas. The hot gas goes off inside the canister and the chemical is still distributed but the fire is *somewhat* contained inside the canister. That said .....the best of the options based solely on the amount of product spread

The LAPD is guilty for the same lack of judgement that Dorner had.

Dorner, an alleged murderer, has the same presumption of innocence as any other citizen until proven guilty in a court of law, period.

The LAPD is not judge, jury, and executioner.

The fact that Dorner killed cops is no different than killing civilians, but the LAPD does not understand that.

Okay... Did you listen to the audio? They are talking about engulfing each wall. As in they burned down every wall with no chance for escape. It wasnt to flush him out. It was to burn the place down. It seemed they even targeted "mattresses (inflammable) near blood spatter." They were burning the "shootout" scene (although I guess there was only 1 shot fired yet they called it a shootout). How did Dorner's truck catch on fire btw?

So how did they hit Dorner with 1 single shot fired, splat blood on the wall and then burn the cabin down after the fact? What makes sense about this?

My theory is they went in there, he was passive, they shot him and then burned down the place. Who would just sit in a fire and die? Isn't it more likely he would at least attempt to flee the inferno even if hes sure hes going to die?

LAPD needs to be completely dismantled and put back together. They are not a trusted group of people. I read they have one of the Rhodney King beaters as a police captain now days. These cops prove every day that they are a sect of society with privileges and protections greater than "people". I bet the cops that shot 3 innocent people on Dorner-Hunt-Day wont even be prosecuted in court. They prolly have some "anti-terrorism" blanket protection that gives them immunity to civilian prosecution.

That day proved the societies subservience to the boot-strappers and their overlords.

I bet that house had a HUGE plea of final statement scribbled all over the walls and hence another reason to burn it down.

How do you know he wasn't already dead before the fire started?

If he felt he was being "wronged" by the police department, there are other avenues he could have taken.

Actually thats what I am alluding to. Im pretty damn sure he WAS dead and they burnt the place down.

Well, until some kind of evidence comes out that he didn't just freak out (like some do), then I don't want to jump to conclusions and bad mouth an entire police department, including the dead members.

Exactly why should I praise this law enforcement agency for taking down a psychotic killer when it was the endemic corruption within that law enforcement agency that turned him into a psychotic killer?

You would have to provide evidence of this.

As far as I can see, the LAPD delivered a incendiary tear gas delivery device and it started a fire in one section of the cabin and the suspect simply chose not come out, and perhaps shot himself.

The shot from inside the cabin was heard a full 90 seconds after the fire started. Plenty of time for the suspect to evacuate.

Death by cop or suicide.

Ya, look at the quotes from the police on the 3 different audios that come out, and there's not a chance that's what they meant.

When the cop says "burn the mother ****er down", he's not talking about using gas to get him out of the building, it's clearly saying burn the house down with him in it.... Any other interpretation given the facts is ludicrous.

Then, "we are going ahead with the plan with the burners.... Like we talked about."
Response;"burners are deployed and we have fire",

A minute later, "we have fire in the front, he might come out the back."

Then they waited until the building was about to collapse before bringing in the fire trucks.

Ok, let's be honest here; in the circumstance, burning down the house in order to get the person to either surrender or die in the buildings, after he's already killed a bunch of people.

The lapd burned the house down, not sure how you could think "burn that Down" means something other than burn that down. But at least be honest about the scene...

No hero. But villain or not, the government doesn't get to murder him.
 
It's not a matter, IMO, of whether or not he was a hero. The fact is that it's pretty clear from the audio that they planned on burning the place down, with him in it. They didn't want to take him alive. The audio feed was cut to CNN and MSNBC before the LAPD started with the "burn the mother****er down" stuff, which was convenient. This is the LAPD we're talking about. The only other police organization that even comes close is NYPD.

What he did was wrong, but it's not surprising that he's crying injustice within a department that is known for it's injustice. I just wish he (or others) didn't have to die to prove it.

Doesn't matter. They don't get to appoint themselves judge and jury in this situation. Their job, as cops, are to bring him to justice - not mete it out on him just because they are pissed.
