Obama to Visit Chicago Friday Feb 15 2013 to Address issue of Gun Violence......

"WHOOPS THERE IT IS". Obama is coming to Chicago and to Play on the Gun Violence here. Time for those on the Right to wake up and smell what the BS Obama has in store. This was a change of schedule. Due to the Petition that filed about the girl who attended Obama's Inauguration. Michelle showed up at her funeral yesterday. But lo and behold.....if Emanuel isn't handing Obama the tragedy to take advantage of. Chicago.....where he will Continue to Go after the gun legislation. Despite being told Feinstein's bill is DOA. Plus Now Obama is having this girls parents attend and speak on the Hearing over Gun Control.

I kept telling people Obama would use Chicago to play on the fears around the rest of the country. Again popping off about understanding hunter's traditions. Nothing will be said about the Strictest laws in the Country. He will look to focus on the violence, looking to play on that fear here. Already the Governor gave his State to State and is moving on the Assault Weapon and Magazine ban. Doesn't matter what the Constitution says. Chicago always does what it wants. Plus if it can pass the laws then can be used as the model for the rest of the nation. The NRA and all those other Gun Organizations best step up their game and get some people that are Known out and talking about this. Republicans also need to start enacting political strategy each and everytime Obama takes to the All Seeing Eye. Same with any Pro Gun Groups. As it is clear Obama will push with the media and he will continue to campaign around the country over this issue keeping it front and center so he does not have to take accountability for any of his failures.

WASHINGTON--President Barack Obama comes home to Chicago on Friday, adding the trip to his post-State of the Union swing to push his second term policy plans to bolster the economy--and to address gun violence in Chicago and other cities.

The White House announced the trip on Sunday, the day after First Lady Michelle attended a funeral for a South Side teen gunned down near their Kenwood home.

His visit will throw a spotlight on the city's inability to curb shootings--with 506 murdered in 2012, a 16 percent increase from 2011.

Obama's Tuesday State of the Union address is expected to dwell on the economy with a portion devoted to Obama's push for legislation to curb gun violence, proposed in the wake of the Sandy Hook school massacre.

The Chicago trip appears to have been added to the Obama schedule for this week--or kept under wraps, because it was not part of his week ahead calendar publically released last Friday.

Obama is buttressing his State of the Union messages next week with domestic travel to discuss his priorities. On Wednesday, Obama travels to Asheville, North Carolina; on Thursday he heads to the Atlanta, Georgia area. On Friday, the day of his Chicago trip. Obama meets with Italian President Giorgio Napolitano of Italy in the Oval Office in the morning.

Chicago has been grappling with youth violence for years. On Oct. 7, 2009, Obama dispatched Attorney General Eric Holder and Duncan to Chicago to try to find ways to end chronic brutality in the city after Fenger High School student Derrion Albert was fatally beaten.....snip~

If the Republican do not start taking Obama on in all phases of the game. Then they will be doing nothing but promoting his agenda while always remaining on the defensive. People from the Right need to start hitting up their Reps and Senators. Then they need to start going after the MS Media and any of their personalities.

Obama already knows he cannot prevent nor stop violence. So do the Democrats. There will be no talk about Black on Black crime. Again the focus will be switched to youth violence. Make no mistake they will go after this ban on the Assault weapons and Mags. Once achieved then they can bring Feinstein's Bill up and go after weapons on her list. I hope many on the Right heard the Political News this Weekend. Listened to some of those Pundits that still need to be chased out from MS Media. Despite needing to be sent out to pasture. What they have been saying is exactly how Obama is going to play things with this second term.

Plus the Media is already in on the loop. Lynn Sweet is in White House Press Corp for the Sun Times. Moreover one can see how they will word out things for and with the news. As evidenced.....

On Saturday, Mrs. Obama, White House Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett and Education Secretary Arne Duncan--all raised on the South Side--attended the funeral for Hadiya Pendleton, the 15-year-old shot to death on Jan. 29, just days after traveling to Washington for Obama's inauguration.

Yet not one of them raised in any of the Neighborhoods where most of the damage is done. Especially Valerie Jarretts and Michelle azz. Not once have they ever had to worry about those who were living around them.

This pretty much says it all.....

The Chicago trip appears to have been added to the Obama schedule for this week--or kept under wraps, because it was not part of his week ahead calendar publically released last Friday.....snip~

The Pastors filed a petition with the White House. They got enough signatures. They also now have in Custody two people for the shooting of this girl. Which btw is a Mile North of where Obama's Residence is. But not anywhere around where Obama actually lives. Nor Jarrett.

Emanuel has been helping Obama all along with the Gun Issue. From the Start. Since he was the one to get the Assault weapons ban under Clinton going. Obama knew Media sources were calling on him last year to come here. Plus last week he heard Jesse Jackson Calling for DHS to take Immediate Control of the situation around here. Despite the New Task Force he knew of.

Like the piece says Obama sent Duncan and Holder here in 2009 to address youth violence. Things have only continued to deteriorate since they visited and they made no impact. So Obama knows the media will pick up on that lil failure. This way he cuts it all off at the Pass. While playing on this issue and not having to take questions and answers from those who he knows.....will ask the Right questions. Or prove once again.....that he lies!

Re: Obama to Visit Chicago Friday Feb 15 2013 to Address issue of Gun Violence......

44 deaths in January from shootings, up 4 from January last year.

Some in Chicago apparently blame lax laws in OTHER states and cities for "funneling guns into Chicago" and creating more crime, but that hardly explains much lower gun-crime rates in those states. Somebody even said, "Chicago is like a house with two parents that may try to have good rules and do what they can, but itís like youíve got this single house sitting on a whole block where thereís anarchy."

And the entire article (here: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/01/30/us...anted=all&_r=0) completely ignores the neon-pink elephant in the room: Chicago gun violence is exponentially higher than gun violence in other similar cities WITHOUT such strict laws. It's certainly easy to blame Chicago's problems on everybody else....but it hardly makes sense.

And now Obama's going to be in Chicago to push which message? One of accountability? One of passing the buck? One of rights restrictions? We don't NEED campaign speeches and quotable moments. We need our leaders to start dealing in reality and step back from ideological nonsense and look at what's actually going on. This whole debate has become a caricature of rationality.

Then all the TOP Dog Demos will be going over to Gary Indiana.....either the day before or the same day after Obama leaves. As now Chicago is saying they that out of the all the guns Confiscated in Chicago, a good 18% are bought legally in Indiana. Which is not counting what they say are illegal sales and or stolen weapons. NW Indiana is where they have some Liberal Hold out. But I doubt the rest of Indiana is going to take the blame for what comes out of Gary Indiana. Which is completely ran by Democrats.

Maybe they should also look at trying to keep fathers to take responsibility for what they bring forth into this world. But I doubt Obama will look at that perspective while trying to explain away youth violence and that we must do something to try and stop such when we can. His argument fails in that all are doing something already. Some things work and some things don't. Doesn't mean it is the Feds job to make any determination for all.

Lol! Chicago you say? Nothing ironic about that, at all. It's not like they don't have the strictest gun laws in the country or anything. Oh I see, they want to blame their problems on everyone else that isn't experiencing their problems for some reason. I couldn't guess what that reason could be though.

    I wonder what he'll say?

-We need to ban guns in the US because it did so well for Chicago!
*whisper in Rahm's ear: I need you back buddy to help me clean up some mess".
