If we gave the Navy to Mexico, it'd be on the bottom of the ocean by next year.
Well, not the bottom of the ocean...US ships are hard to sink. Combat ineffective I will grant you.

Again, you apparently have a faulty concept of "chaos."

"Chaos" means no chains of command, no coordination, no strategy, no patterns of any kind, including "units" firing on each other for no reason at all, no goals, no objectives, just pure melee in every possible direction -- and that's merely the optimistic description.

If we won, which I don't support that claim, it was due to superior arms.

While we lost in Vietnam, the North Vietnamese gained almost nothing in relation to their cost, again in large part due to their not following any rules.
What was there to gain for them other than making the US leave? I think they got what they tried to get and did damn well considering who they were against and what they had at their disposal. Playing by the rules would have resulted in them getting killed like flies without doubt.

No toys can overcome it if it's chronic.

No, it isn't. You're very clearly talking about competence.

In part, but that is far from all. In modern warfare the goals, tactics and strategies go far beyond conquering territory.

What was there to gain for them other than making the US leave? I think they got what they tried to get and did damn well considering who they were against and what they had at their disposal.
They could have gotten us to leave simply by not fighting.

This discussion of war is really irrelevant to this thread since Anonymous are not soldiers, nor are they fighting a war. They are simply criminals.

We're not going to round up anybody....except maybe a few hackers. If the hackers have a grievence they should exercise their constitutional right to petition the government just like everyone else has to, instead of using censorship, intimidation, and commiting robbery, blackmail and treason.

So basically we can't do anything to stop treason in our government but we can arrest people that fight against it. How wonderful.

This might surprise you but airing grieves with a government that is making people disappear doesn't do much.
