"You Let the Consulate Become a Death Trap"

While Rand Paul did go after Clinton.....the more damaging comments came from Brooks and Duncan. Does the left want to start a convo as to what Brooks told Clinton? Try and deflect with Duncan now?

FLASHBACK: Obama and Clinton Purchase Ad on Pakistani Television Apologizing for Video Clinton: Cause of Attack Still Unknown Clinton on Cause of Attack: What Does it Matter?

Quote: "I did not choose Ambassador Rice"

    Not involved in talking points

UPDATE: During Clinton's testimony in front of the House Armed Services Committee Wednesday afternoon, Reps. Dana Rohrabacher, Matt Salmon and Mo Brooks mentioned the anti-Islam film originally blamed for the attack. Clinton danced around the subject by saying the investigation into what happened in Benghazi is ongoing. The best exchange was between Clinton and Brooks:

U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens sent multiple requests for more security to the State Department throughout 2012 and cited al Qaeda threats as a reason why it was needed. The extra security was never sent. Today Rep. Jeff Duncan accused Clinton of gross negligence and of turning the consulate in Benghazi into a "death trap."

The Obama administration also used $70,000 in taxpayer money to purchase an advertisement apologizing for the video on Pakistani television. The ad included an official message from the President of the United States Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

“We’ve been as transparent as we can,” Clinton said.....snip~

Yeah.....see Clinton says they have been as transparent as they can. Kinda hard to overcome what one never saw from the get go.....huh? Seems that incompetence affected their ability to see Cleary Now!

Kinda like the people who want to make a big deal about this even though Obama won the election and Clinton is stepping down as Secretary of State.

This Rand Paul fellow is not good material. Ms. Clinton trounced him and rightly so.

Yeah.....so did ya think Libya was going to disappear too? Like it would no longer be part of the US Interests.....Right?

Obama winning the Election don't mean a damn thing. Nixon won too. You do know in, at the very least, how that played out correct?

Moreover how does that dismiss two separate panels finding incompetency with Clintons Dept?

One good thing coming out of these hearings is the upturn in the public profile of Rand Paul. While his 'I would fire you' comment was silly it did serve to get his some coverage and that is a good thing. More of this and perhaps Paul will make a serious run for his parties Pres nom in four years. He would make the perfect GOP candidate. Or even better - the perfect third party candidate.

There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.... John Rogers

Exactly Haymarket.....Rand Paul and Rubio are running for 2016. One thing is for certain if none knew who Rand Paul was, after yesterday they will certainly know once he officially throws his hat into the Ring.

Clinton tried to play this Off because she says she has accepted full responsibility. Yet that stupid comment of hers about What does it matter now. Well for the same exact reason she stated after those words. It's really simple.....what it matters now is knowing all that went wrong. So that it doesn't happen again.

What else does it matter.....it matters to US personnel working anywhere in the World.

We had a battle that raged for 7hrs.....with the last two Americans fighting their azzes off and trying to keep others alive, until they to were killed. Warning signs were missed and they were blatant. Doesn't matter about all those cables signed to her. McCain was Absolutely correct on his part. Although he should have hit her with some other tangible questions concerning the State Dept. Especially about Stevens meeting the Turk an hour Right before the attack began.

Anything Labeled Benghazi should have been Red Flagged. Especially knowing what the situation was since ouster of Gadhafi. Which there is no getting round that it falls under Foreign Policy and National Security.

I wasn't talking about Bush's spending and creation of the Dept. of HS. I was talking about the utter incompetence that led us into a war based on bull****. I don't think a lot of the same people castigating the Obama administration castigated Bush and his incompetence that led to the deaths of thousands of people. Because of that, this entire witch hunt is a farce - another political motivated line of BS much like the Clinton impeachment. It's kind of sad when all the Republicans have is witch hunts on their side.

Qadafi sent forces to kill AQ in Benghazi.

The Obama administration sent air power to fight for AQ.

    Why?

Why the hell was the Obama administration backing Al Qaeda in Libya's civil war in the first place?

That is the main question that should have been asked at the hearing.

    There should be impeachment proceedings.
