Does Obama face serious campaign violation allegations with the FEC? Does Bachmann?

Answer these questions honestly and the difference will become apparent to you.
I guess the word serious is subjective.......

    See the difference?
Nobody said it was adjudicated, so calm down.

Bachmann has stiffed her staffers -- that's an undeniable fact. She made payment contingent on them signing a nondisclosure statement barring them from bringing allegations of violations. Not only is that illegal on its face, it suggests an attempt to cover up.

And now a complaint has been brough by the very people closest to her.

If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, it's Bachmann

Actually, it is not evidence of that at all. What it is evidence of is the fact that you dont understand what 'morally bankrupt' even means.

Well, she's the one who tried to get her staffers to sign away their rights to report her for violations. Kind of suspicious. If Obama did that, you'd be apoplectic and Limbaugh would need more Oxycontin than usual.

I didn't stiff any staffers, or try to strongarm them into signing papers to prevent them from reporting crimes and I'm not facing a complaint for campaign finance violation with the FEC.

But tea partier Bachmann in. I sense a pattern forming!

In addition, folks need to calm down, else there may be consequences.

    Nothing has been proven yet.

Is everybody OK? And you see these incredible looking women, and so I sort of get away with things like that.

Meanwhile, Bachmann has stiffed her own staffers, who now allege campaign violation (and they should know). More evidence of the moral meltdown of the tea party.
No, Bachmann has been ACCUSED of stiffing her staff...

    See the difference?

Of course not. But it is a fact that she refuses to pay her staffers. And it is a fact that she tried to strongarm them to sign a nondisclosure statement preventing them from reporting campaign law violations. That in itself violates labor laws, and is odious on its face.

And this is from the self -appointed Real Christian tea party candidate.

I would be? Man, I'm glad you know me so well! Have we met? Don't try to perpetuate your partisanship onto me. I call it how I see it. If Bachmann shorted staffers, she sucks. No two ways about it. The big difference is, it's still an allegation with her. Pres Obama's campaign was found guilty of violations. Can you answer for that or are you going to continue to avoid your boy's faults and point out everyone else's?
