    I wish we had that here. New York politics could really use that kind of competition.

    Agreed, it really should be all states. It's preserves the citizen's right to petition their government.

    One day to vote is too hard. There should be like...10 days prior to allow people to vote early and a way they could just mail in their vote and stuff.

    Florida does have early voting and absentee voting.

    They were perfectly able. They CHOSE not to exercise their vote. Everyone in line at the time of polls closing were aloud to vote.

    Still looking for the "Right to Convenience" in the US or FL State Constitution. You find it, provide me a link please.
