Bobby Jindal cares about winning. Whatever you are, IF the Republican Party cares about winning (which I assure you they do), saying things like "legitimate rape" doesn't help.

Ive agreed with you! I simply think compromising principles is worse than losing. If american citizens are no longer interested in truth, and want their politicians to pander to them, then I think its time to form a new society composed of people who respect the truth. Not to stop saying the uncomfortable truth.

But I will alter my comment, it was those Americans that paid taxes that built that. Now why don't you try and tell me who built that? Obama said you did not build that so who did? Give it your best shot
Here's a clue for you. We have elections in this country. The guy who gets elected President speaks and acts on behalf of the American people. And frankly, nobody gives a damn whether you like it or not.

Yep. I'm hoping that Republicans stick hard to those principles they were talking about during this election. Forever, if possible.

You mean he speaks and acts for HALF of the american people. I have seen little evidence that Obama (or Bush or any pres) acts in such a way as to represent everyones conflicting ideologies.

Then you fail because you don't understand representative democracy or the purpose of an election. See if your local junior college offers any night classes on American Government.

There's no way one person could possibly do that. Expecting it from the President is kind of...can't think of the word right now, but....

EDIT: A little unrealistic is what I'm going for I think.

You're right, but it just can't be that one person represents all conflicting ideologies.

Yes, it is about time they dump the Roosevelt style Big Government progressives.

    Representative Republic, not democracy.
