That is like "forcing" healthcare......dumb argument.

When was the last time no one reproached the govt about taxes?
    I may be wrong.

So you have no answer as to why you would force something upon someone who doesn't want it? I know plenty of people who willingly choose to not be part of the union, in spite of the problems it causes.

People b**** and moan, but don't actually do anything about it.

I wouldn't qualify, I make too much (and I'm not going to say how much because I'd be afraid to know how little of what I make you'd actually be willing to let me keep, lol)

NOTHING is called fighting for a WAITING list.

So in the last 10 years how long have you been on SNAP or gotten any housing or healthcare?
Well that all sounds like a good reason to avoid, as much as possible, relying on the government to provide for you.

Even if it were, it would still be ridiculous IMO.

274ina, I wonder if it's possible for you to address the topic of this thread instead of turning it into a thread on YOUR topic?

If not, then I'm inclined to report you for hijacking my thread.

Precisely why Americans are still the most productive in the world. We actually enjoy working. It is much more gratifying than feeding at the public trough. Greece and Italy are learning the hard way what its like when progressive policies bankrupt a government and they suddenly realize that all that largess has to be paid back. Unfortunately for Germany, the least progressive of the EU countries, they are left holding the bag.

Obama's liberal/progressive tax policies will drive us in the direction of Greece and the EU. Lying about Romney's plan is just a cover-up for his own failed policies.
