Ron Paul: 'I Don't Fully Endorse' Mitt Romney

You have the right to feel offended at me exposing your ignorance of the link between politics, economics and war. Ron Paul & Co's sheer stupidity when it comes to foreign policy is ridiculous. One can advocate for less invasive economic ties, but his followers pink & rosy beliefs that we could cut them down to the level they want and "be friends" with everyone is just stupid. We're not friends with the world. We're there to get their resources and exploit them to our advantage. That we do it better than everyone else is just a testament to our superiority.

You're kidding right? What a wonderful world you live in and support.

every single sentence you wrote is hollow and shallow.

First off, nobody is playing the game we are playing. We spend more money on foreign policy then all other players in your sick game combined. that alone makes what you said a waste of time and space.

More platitudes from the libertarian who doesn't like the real world. What next? You're going to complain because we keep some economies down in order to have cheap stuff? Spare me and go boycott Wal-Mart or something.

You really don't have one argument, do you?

You really don't have one argument, do you?

Wait, wait, wait - 10 pages now where you've feigned outrage at realist thoughts on foreign policy and advocated that the logical solution to our troubles is isolationism or whatever other cute little nickname you want to white wash it with and I'm the one without the argument?

So much ignorance..

1. This has only been going on a few pages.
2. The thread itself is not even ten pages.
3. Ron Paul nor myself is an isolationist. Words do have definitions.
4. You have said really nothing this entire time except empty pretty weak insults.

I didn't know you Libertarians took everything so personal considering how quick you are to call everyone who doesn't like your ideas stupid. Here, let's put this to the test and be done with it. Let's put Ron Paul's foreign policy up for referendum for the forum. I'll find his OnTheIssues page with his quotes on foreign policy and we can let the rest of the forum decide whether they want to live in the 18th century or if they want to have a different kind of foreign policy. Deal?

:) Oh - wait, I know how it'll proceed. When the majority of posters are opposed to Ron Paul's foreign policy you'll just call us stupid for thinking your senile messiah is an idiot and shouldn't be representing anything other than retarded Texan cesspool he lives in - oh and all the little Lib-E-rtarians. who have never left the US.

There is nothing in this post of yours that is worth note.

I conceded your defeat. Now let people who know more than you about foreign policy talk. You're wasting thread space.

What knowledge have you shown so far about foreign policy and how exactly are you not wasting thread space with your mindless insults?

Poor Romney:
Even God is mad at him. (Hurricane)

With the stunt the GOP did with removing his delegates and the Romney campaign with the speech, I can assure you the GOP will lose a lot of votes

I predict with the number of free loaders and just brainwashed people who already support Obama (Actually the Democratic platform) and now the disenfranchised libertarians the GOP have just basically handed Obama another term.

It was going to be a close race but the GOP has just pushed the advantage to the Democrats. For me I personally don't care because the people will get the government they vote for and the collapse cannot come fast enough.

Mitt just cant seem to find unconditional love from anywhere.

In an interview with the New York Times, Ron Paul detailed his conversations with Republican National Convention organizers, who he says offered him a speaking slot under conditions he couldn't meet.

According to Paul, convention planners offered the Texas congressman the chance to speak under two conditions: that he gave a speech pre-approved by Romney's campaign, and that he give a "full-fledged" endorsement of Mitt Romney.
“It wouldn’t be my speech," Paul said. "That would undo everything I’ve done in the last 30 years. I don’t fully endorse him for president."

Ron Paul: 'I Don't Fully Endorse' Mitt Romney

I'll probably write him in after all.

Doing a quick search in this thread - you are the only one using the 'stupid' term. You also use the word 'retarded' to describe parts of Texas. I mean, obviously it is challenging for you to hold a civil conversation.

Either you do or you don't Mr. Paul. Ron Paul is over with. So is Rand and the phony Libertarian debate ploy created by GOP Elitists to sabotage factual political reportage and debate, with ephemeral platform positions.

This election is such a farce, it is just like 1996. The GOP knew Dole or anyone else wouldn't beat Clinton. So they focused on the Congress and dirty politics and slander, like the Birthers do today.

you don't know the first thing about me.

I'm just wondering when you will actually make a real point. you post on and on while saying nothing at all.

Everyone I know can't stand Ron Paul's foreign policy, but they love his fiscal policy.

Republican: I am a fiscal conservative!!

Reporter: So you want to cut waste from the Pentagon, bring our troops home, and close unnecessary bases around the world?

Republican: Absolutely not! Cutting that funding will put people out of work! If anything we need to double that spending!

Republican 2: No, we need to quadruple that spending!

Republican 3: I'm more conservative because I want to increase that spending hundredfold!

For some reason Gary Johnson wasn't invited to speak at the Republican convention. I'm not sure, but it might be because he's running against the Republican candidate in the general election.

Well he's also pro-choice. I'd say thats a kicker.

Hmmm ... 1994 ... George Stepi...something, kept blabbering about how every race was "too close to call".

Close race ... methinks not. You forget how the Kenyan has stated that he wanted smaller crowds at his rallies for security reasons. right. Trying to get ahead of the fact that people want him fired.

Really? How does asking for proof of natural birth fit into any of your catagories?

Methinks you're afraid that your boy might not be qualified.

You deal with the world you have. Not the ridiculous vacuum Ron Paul thinks he can have.

He believes in open trade with all nations. That is hardly the position of someone who thinks we can live in a vacuum.

Simple. We live in a globalist economy which in order to succeed needs both political and military ties. Ron Paul thinks he can have the economic ties without anything else. That's simply not true.

Many countries have trade without installing bases/invading foreign soil.

A cheap ploy and dirty pool like everything else the GOP does like the entire Newt contract on 92, like Nixon, like Reagan, like Dubya, like that f**king charade that is Libertarianism/the Tea Party carved out of whole cloth by the GOP so disracted types would not notice the Republicans stand for ABSOLUTELY ZERO, and obstruction ONLY.

Personally, I don't care if Obama turns into a pumpkin at midnite on Nov. 2nd. At least you should recognize corruption in the whole process, not just one party.

The GOP is a dinosaur that is becoming more and more irrelevant by the day. I know very few people under 30 who call themselves Republicans. Some (including myself) who used to be Republicans left the party a while ago and now either vote third party or independent. Vast majority of young people don't give two s***s if gay people marry or their neighbor smokes pot.

the reality is about 50% of those eligible vote, and of those 50% voting, about half will vote for the GOP.

Oh agree with you its never easy to call any political race or say its close, but I was making this claim of it being close by seeing the rigged polls results out there right now.

I also agree 100% the claim Obama wants smaller crowds is an excuse for the fact less people will show up. Half the people that showed up the first time around were very supportive because Obama as a formidable black candidate presented himself so well and he wasn't the cliche civil rights type crying oppression but rather very dignified, educated, and presentable while expounding hope and change. I admit his first go around Obama was very likeable and believable, but now that he has been in office he has proven to be an empty suit.

You wont see Oprah pushing for him so publicly this go around and it amazes me how many celebrities are still on the bus ride with Obama but maybe thats out of fear of having egg on their face if they change their stance now. You know people would rather go down with a sinking ship before they admit they were wrong or duped.

I do not support Obama or like what he has done while in office but I can almost bet the farm that he will win reelection by a decent margin only because the state of affairs inside the USA and how dependent so many uneducated fee loaders are on the democratic system of handouts. They don't care what goes on as long as they get theirs, these are the people who will sell their freedoms for security and government cheese.
