I don't think this revelation shows anything more than the fact that we have outrageous loopholes in the tax code. The simple fact is, Romney probably paid every dollar that he was legally required to pay. The difference is that he has the means to hire shifty accountants and tax lawyers to find every possible dodge they can.

If you want Romney to pay more taxes, close the loopholes. Raising the percentage wouldn't make much of a difference at all.

It was not embarrassing to comply with demands from the people. Romney should have taken this advice. Now it may be too late.

When you call it a death tax you certainly do claim that people are taxed for dying. That is why you use it. That is why Faris & Luntz ordered the sycophants and toadies of the far right to use it.
