I honestly don't see a right being infringed. they can still speak, protest, march, paint signs, be as abusive as they want. Just not abuse the family. The rights stops when it infringes on someone elses right, and I believe people have the right to grieve without the abuse.

They were not abusing anyone before. They had not infringed upon the rights of anyone previously.

Yes they were. when you're grieving the loss of a loved one, that vile vomit is abuse. Some took to having gangs and guards to hold them back. And all this law does is move them further back and not where the family can be abused. they still can protest and picket and shout vile ****.

It's 300 feet and 4 hours, it doesn't just back them up. And there was no abuse. It was annoying, it was a dick move, they were being douchebags, but they were not abusing anyone.

No, it's a abuse. Suffering people don't need that. Far beyond annoying. Again, they can protest all they want, say what they want, just leave the families alone.

It's not abuse in the least. They aren't creating any physical altercation on church property, they are not chasing these people into the church or across the cemetery. They're standing off to the side running their mouths about stupid stuff no one in their right mind would go on about. That's it.

Do that at a funeral I'm attending and I'll give you a blood eagle.

You really shouldn't threaten committing an act of murder on a public forum in light of the recent happenings in this country.

I think I could do that at a funeral you're attending and I'll just watch you walk away.

Though it is interesting to see your reaction to freedom.....murder.

Abuse is not just physical. Have you ever lost a loved one, one that makes it hard to breath to just htink of their loss? If you have, you will know this is abuse. Sickening abuse. No one should have to endure it.
