considering pictures presented by cubans and many former cubans who joined the army i served in say the exact oppisite,and that tourists are treated different than locals.

the cubans i knew who got cotizenshipo and joined the army brought up the horrors of cuba.\

\ not to mention the who doesnt mention cuba has the highest suicide rate of central america.plus they have almost no medical supplies except pre revolution and nned to take their sheets from home to go to the hospital.

well, if it's something like only current and ex-military can own guns, it's a bit misleading to claim the citizenry has a right to bear arms. Hence why listing a bunch of regulations doesn't really inform the issue much

I agree.
I dont know much on the issue and i dont know if its a big deal for the cuban people to own guns since they are probably worried about other things.
But there are privately owned firearms in Cuba, and they do have gun ownership in Cuba.

True its not as a craze like it here in the States but to state otherwise that no one in Cuba is armed is not true.

we did the fence line tour while station in GTMO....the marines showed us a pair of shoes on the opposite side of a chain link fence, shoes taken off so they could get their toes in the fence to climb it. Once over the fence, the U.S. had to get them in a plane and off to the states. If Castro's troops knew we had one of their escapees, and he was still on base, we had to send them back. One only has to look at the large numbers of cubans who have risked their lives to get to Florida to know that life in Cuba is bad enough to make the risk worth it...

in all fairness other countries are allowed too see whats going on,cuba says its good but blockes everyone,the only access to cuban healthcare anyone outside peasant cuba can see is the tourist healthcare like what michael moore saw.i have litterally just gotten started,this country is a craphole where fidel is one of the richest dictators in the world,hes a billionaire from stolen cuban gdp,granted it isnt enough to save them,but in a country that por,that gdp is enough tomatleast affod housing that doesnt kill them.
