Cuba Celebrates 59th Anniversary Of Revolution

What?
I dont mind them. Cool Pre-Castro Cuba looked real pretty in Havana's in the ol Mafia districts. Real cool. Really stumped me there beerftw. So if you wanna talk about actual information and stats etc then maybe we should move away from the whole "look how pretty it looks" thing.

Yes.
"The main road into Baracoa was completed in the 1960s, whilst in the since the late 1980s, causeways have been built out to neighbouring cays in order to open them up for tourist development." AKA the Carretera de La Farola

Really?
You can post stats that reject the idea that Cubans live longer than us? You can post pictures that Cubans have the second most doctor to patient ratio? You can post pictures that Cuba has one of the lowest mortality rates
?

heres one can any health organization posts stats on cuban healthcare that wasnt provided by the cuban govt??????????????/

the govt so great that they wont let anyone leave and wont let anyone see the island except in certain tourist locations???

on the other note, great they built a few roads crippled their own agriculture, and built some dams yet have people homeless from not enough housing, and the housing that does exist is collapsing and killing people.

you are in complete utter denial of cubas failure.

Hey, your the one asking for examples of infrastructural being built during Castro. I just gave some. Just answering your questions.

yet have people homeless from not enough housing,
There are little homeless in Cuba. There are some. But its a very small, very very small amount of the population.

and the housing that does exist is collapsing and killing people.
Oh god use one example and exploit the **** out of it right?
"The condition of Cuba’s housing stock is not great, but it is adequate. It certainly is better than it was before the revolution. A 2002 Harvard study found that the percentage of urban housing units in bad condition decreased from 47% before the revolution to just 13% 40 years later." Homeless in Cuba? you are in complete utter denial of cubas failure.

in other words you got no proof of cubas infrastructure other than the state run super secret cuba govt.

epic fail.especially since people who defect from cuba say different without a gun pointed to their head.i shown you a site with images of cuba, and you denied everything because it simply didnt fit yoy ideology of a cuban paradise the cuban govt claims, despite cuba not allowing anyone to see true cuba.

thats equal to me saying my company is super profitable, but not allowing anyone to see why or audit it,which leads me to believe the cuban govt is lying, and you believe unproven claims from a govt controlled media over the people who left there and spoke out against them, epic fail, you just shown your support for totalian govt.

no just please every thing you say can be disporoven by any non socialist govt website withing a 5 min search, but keep going,i know you think a govt with high avg life expectancy where you need to bring your own sheets and wait 2 months for clean bandages is heaven on erth,i bet living in houses that will kill you faster than natural causes is better than the us also.

you are simply denying fact for socialist propoganda presented by socialist countries that are more secretive of day to day lives than the cia is.

Uhh i think your talking about the video here. The point of the video is not what the people said in the video that was beyond the point, the point was is that people were walking around without a tour guide and talking to everyday cubans.

What the **** am i denying again?

The cuban people have not chosen their own path.....they were shown the one path that Castro allowed.
I was stationed in GTMO for 3 years and I once asked one of the commuters from outside the fence for some cuban coins for my collection. He pulled out of his pocket a handful of change, and a newly minted 1 peso note and gave them to me. I asked what in US Dollars I should give him, not knowing the exchange rate. He said, "take it, it is worth nothing"....
This is what happens when the average citizen is not allow to bear arms.....

but average citizens did bear arms and ousted a corrupt military regime so your logic is flawed.

No government presents all the facts. Ask Bradley Manning.

we rented a car, took a map and drove around the Island. We saw Poverty the same Poverty I saw in Iraq, Kenya, India and countless other countries the people were friendly and the authorities very helpful. Im not a Socalist or a Commie however I am a man who had a great two weeks in Cuba and didnt find it to be like the novel big brother. You can choose to believe me or you can choose to read your little articles ( I dont care), you can give me a list of articles to read and it will still not change the fact I actually visited Cuba, drove around pretty much all of the Island, got really drunk and had a great time.

wanting to know the details of how gun ownership actually works, and who can access them I did a bit of searching online, but only found references to a 2010 amnesty program that would have expanded private ownership beyond military and various state personal. Of course, they were state side cuban outlets, so the reports could obviously be misleading, so do you know of anything detailed, and more neutral?

They are the ****ing authority in Cuba. They are the ones that realizes their data to the UN and WHO. We do the same thing.
If it was false or lies the WHO and the UN would call it out, the same way the call the DPRK on all their BS data.

i already shown my eveidence, you have ignored it and said well ciuba says!
You have presented a video on pre castro Havana, you have posted a pic about "the truth about Cuba" and said Cuba hasnt build **** since Castro.
I havent ignored anything. I posted my rebuttals, and yet you still come here and say "i ignore it". You might wanna double check on the "ignore" claim.

so you admitted cubans are authoritarian anddont allow freedom or even truth to lkeave the island, great you just backed mycase,

It didn't really give much detail on how it actually operates

I mean well there is gun ownership in Cuba. There are licensed and unlicensed firearm ownership in Cuba.

Chapter 1, Article 3 of the Constitution of Cuba states the following: "When no other recourse is possible, all citizens have the right to struggle through all means, including armed struggle, against anyone who tries to overthrow the political, social and economic order established in this Constitution."

FrontPage Magazine - Why Cubans Don

If the average cuban citizen can't afford to be fat, how can they afford guns and ammo? Castro systematically eliminated rebel groups that aided his group, after the revolution. The nation was disarmed.

I only looked at a few sites, maybe someone can prove that average cubans can have guns. I suspect there isn't much game to hunt anyway....
