Children born in 2011 to cost $234,900 each to raise - latimes.com

According to the article, that doesn't include the cost of college tuition or the pregnancy...

Kids are expensive.

Does anybody feel that the rising cost to raise a child will sway them to not have children or to not have more children?

What's the number one reason people say they don't want children or more children? I think money would probably be in the top two answers at least.
