Ron Paul Admits He's On Social Security, Even Though He Believes It's Unconstitutiona

    I can hear the libertarians
Hes "ENTITLED" to it he paid into it
They stole his money, he should want to get it back and blahblahblah....heres what I say

    PHONY!!!!!!!!!! PHONY!!!!!!!!!!!PHONY!!!!!!!!!!! lol

Rep. Ron Paul (R-Texas) may rail against Social Security insolvency in the public eye, but that hasn't stopped him from accepting the government checks.
The libertarian-leaning Republican and former presidential candidate admitted Wednesday that he accepts Social Security checks just minutes after he called for younger generations to wean themselves off the program, in an interview on MSNBC's "Morning Joe."

Another typical right libertarian who opens his mouth wide to scream about all the injustices of living in a society such as ours but more than eager and willing to partake and enjoy the benefits of the same.

    Ron Paul is scum.

The other, of course, involves orcs.... John Rogers

This bolsters my earlier point about Ron Paul not being the leader the Libertarians need to break the duopoly of the two party system.

If you talk the talk, you must walk the walk.

Am I the only one here that thinks he is not being hypocritical at all here? He doesn't like the system, but if he has been forced to pay into it, I find no problem with him getting the funds back when they are due to him.

And when he talks about weening young people off of it, he isn't talking about not getting the money that is owed to them, he only means that you should plan your retirement as if social security won't be there for you, which isn't terrible advice. SS is not meant to serve as someone's main source of income during retirement.

    bwahahaha.

some people are so simplistic, it isn't worth the time to debate with them.

he also speaks for term limits, yet has been in office for ever.

and don't forget about all the pork projects he sends to his district.

clearly the most hypocritical person in office/sarcasm

I think it's great advice. But having a position like that requires one to take a stand in it's defense. Something that Dr. Paul, sadly, evidently isn't willing to do.
