I would suggest otherwise, the unions in particular would dream up a lawsuit, the unions thugs have now lost three times in a row. It would not surprise me if they went for four in a row.

Doesn't this just show how badly the recall elections backfired. The fact that this is even newsworthy, shows how high Walker's star has risen - thanks in large part to failed recall elections.

The recall didn't fail there buddy. We managed to remove two more republicans from the state senate, and by doing so, we flipped the senate back to the democrats. So either he can work WITH the democrats or he can do nothing. See here in Wisconsin we've had a long history of working together to get stuff done. Not only did Walker break that history, but he did everything he could to force legislature through. He calls it "taking on the tough issues" ..

He has no need to work with the democrats. You may not realize this, but the seat they just won, that flipped the senate, is up for reelection in November and the senate is not back in session until then. Additionally, alot of the analysis I have heard, is that due to redistricting, republicans are expected to net two senate seats in the next election, and so, have a mighty good chance of having the majority back in the next session. Lastly, Van Waangard is expected, if he runs, to win the seat back in November (due to the same redistricting).

But, if you feel taking a senate seat for 4 months when the senate willl not be in session is some great victory and worth the hundreds of millions spent by the unions during the entire recall season, then enjoy it.

You may not realize this, buddy, but I hope and pray that the democrats and unions have many more and similarly meaningless victories. Save the big victories for the other side of the issues.

Little did Wisconsin know that when they were voting on Rebecca Kleefish for Lt. Governor, she would soon be sitting in the Governor's mansion in due time.

All that money spent attempting to recall Walker when they could have just waited a few months and let the court get rid of him for them.

I'm counting the days until they put this Teabagger in an orange jumpsuit. I don't think all of the Koch Brother's money will be able to help him when the court finally drops the hammer.

    Stay tuned.

BTW, because I really do find it humorous. It seems the unions have sucessfully caused their supporters to move the goal posts at each of the relevant elections.

During the first senate recall elections:
Before: We will retake the senate.
After: We took 2 seats, this is a great victory.

    During the Supreme Court election:
Before: Prosser will lose due to people against Ac10.
After: It was very close, this is a great victory.

    During the governor recall election:
Before: Walker will lose and we can finally roll back Act10.
After: We took 1 senate seat, this is a great victory.

    After the recall election:
Before: Walker will be indicted and in prison shortly
After: We'll have to see how they claim victory if it doesn''t happen

All Walker did was balance the budget.
    What’s the matter with that.
Their Union seemed to have priced their members out of a contract.
Like my Union used to say, you can’t strike a broke company.
