Yeah its funny that you think the medical community can sustain itself and you without society. I needed a good laugh, thanks!

I will never be able to take you serious after this.

All right ignoring riggers craziness no one has been able to point out where OWS would get the right to block commerce? As wall as why occupy is at all protected by the first amendment and by that I mean the camps not the speech.

Yeah, walking in a roadway has always been a lawful thing to do. So the message, you can get away with breaking the law as long as you are protesting against something, especially against rich guys on Wall Street.
It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

No it's not. Standing around and shouting about something is not going to change anything. 10,000 polite Tea Partiers (the opposite side of the OWS coin) in DC last summer and nothing changed. 10,000 ARMED Tea Partiers in DC, doing something about the problem would likely have led to some changes.
Are you suggesting armed conflict in America? BTW the result would have been 10,000 arrests possibly some deaths and the end of the Tea Party. Not to bright if you ask me.

The First Amendment allows the right to Peaceable Assembly.

Nypd is not congress, so unless you believe in full incorporation and there is no free speech clause in ny constitution it's perfectly fine to do what they did.

my rights end where they conflict with your rights.

of course its illegal to block someone's way to a store, abortion clinic, school, church, etc.

but its not immoral as long as your are peaceful about it.
