I don't recall saying that.

What was said is that there needs to be fairness, equality. If a business can make some special that requires people to order in Spanish, then the same must hold true for some other business that does the same with English.
 
All this is to me is a marketing tool. I can't find a reason to be upset about it.
If I wanted the special I'd find out how to order it in Spanish and take advantage of the deal.

In Philly, a diner decided to refuse to serve anyone who did not order in English. Which is his right, it might be a poor business decision but it is his right as the business owner
