Don't let him ever set foot onto American soil, and if he does, arrest him and put him in prison for illegal immigration. Make the fine for his release and deportation whatever amount of money his taxes as an American citizen would have been.
He also renounced his guns citizenship and settled in Singapore. We welcome him.

Maybe it's because they don't want what they earned to be lost through policies that go against the American dream.

They are not required to respect anyone, only obey the laws. If they have done that, you have nothing to complain about.

While illegal immigration is a crime under Title 8 Section 1325 illegal immigration for the first offense is punishable with 6 months in jail and fined between 50-250 dollars. So he would not be tossed into prison, unless this is his second time trying to sneak into the country which is then punishable with 2 years in prison. You would have to change the law to state that anyone who renounces their citizenship to avoid taxes and comes back illegally will be imprisoned until their pay back taxes. A citizen of another country who is not employed or self-employed in the US does not owe income taxes to the US, they pay income taxes to what ever country they are citizens of. So I do not think you can hold them for taxes they don't owe.
If people are leaving this country because of government policies, we should be focusing on those policies and not the people.

Exactly. My family came to this country in the latter half of the 19th century. They were poor, and penniless, the epitome of the 'tired, poor, and huddled masses yearning to be free'. They worked hard, they built a name for themselves. Our business was agriculture in sunny California. During both World Wars, not only did My Grandfather, and his father enlist, the ones who could not worked hard, supported the community, and the country. In the 60's, my grandparents had enough to start an orchard. My father was raised working in that orchard, I too worked in the orchard, learning the value of a penny earned, but that orchard is now property of the state of California because it was more profitable for companies to purchase outsourced products. My grandparents strongly believed in buying American, and because of our piece of **** government legislated American business owners to death, we lost the orchard. Couldn't afford to keep it, couldn't afford to pay our employees, or all the benefits their gay little unions bitched and moaned about. It would have greatly benefited us to hire illegals, buy cheap Chinese equipment, and all that other crap companies are forced to do because of prohibitive taxing and forced costs, but we didn't. The lesson I learned from all of it is that doing the right thing, and standing by your principals, means you gon get raped with no lube by our wonderful government, because the 'tired, poor, and huddled masses yearning to be free' of today demand everything for nothing, and our dumb **** government gives it to them at everybodies expense.

If I didn't still love my country, and hold out some seemingly foolish hope that America will someday do the right thing for once and support her People, I'd cash out what the government hasn't decided should go to worthless bums and ungrateful, self entitled illegals who won't even bother to commit to this land that allows them a proper place to raise a family, I'd bail too. Why wouldn't the wealthy leave? They're being robbed.

Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin’s decision to renounce his U.S. citizenship just in time to avoid a large tax payment essentially means he will not be able to re-enter the United States again, immigration experts tell TPM.

The uber rich wouldn't be leaving if we weren't subsidizing other countries security. Take Europe for instance, if we pulled out of Europe then European countries would have to drastically raise taxes to defend themselves, so the uber rich wouldn't be moving into European countries.

That goes for direct foreign aid and free trade as well. But hey, you guys want globalism, so don't complain when globalism happens.

If America abandoned globalism, the uber-rich would be crawling on their hands and knees to get their citizenship back, even with back taxes in hand.

Saverin is a co-founder, and I believe is Brazilian. So I doubt his allegiance to the US was that strong anyway. He won't be taking facebook since he doesn't control it.
