I agree with you. The rich should indeed do those things. They would finally take off their silly masks and let the world see the true face of evil in all its selfishness worthlessness. And you know what happens to something worthless?
As someone who works for a politician this is extremely funny. YOur hatred of the rich is well known and hilarious

There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.... John Rogers

we have seen your claims that the wealth of the rich is only held by them as long as the rabble allow them to do so. You have claimed that the rich should fall to their knees and beg to keep some of what they have. if it comes to that, I hope the rich start using all their power to destroy those who would take their wealth

Not at all, I just laugh at the failures who think that its the rich who keep them from being winners.

I don't think it's an either or. There are both personal and institutional barriers to success.

Why not? A corporation is legally a person, right? And there are many very wealthy people hiding behind that person unaffected by liability unlike the rest of us. And yet no taxes? But I am aware of embedded taxes so I understand that ultimately, the little guy eats it anyhow. Corporations merely pass the taxes on to the consumer, and it is included in the cost of the items sold. As far as what they contribute: that's negotiable. Many are not providing communities with a tax base due to subsidies, loopholes, or evasion. Employment is often outsourced. And then there are the externalities that no one wants to discuss. My alternative is to eliminate corporate personhood and tax everyone the same. But that'll never happen. Whatever.

Fortunately, ambition and motivation can make up for alot of obstacles.

LOL. They are replaceable. If they weren't replaceable, then every time one of them died, the country would stop functioning. That doesn't happen. Instead, new people rise up and take their place. People like Steve Jobs die and the world keeps moving, no matter how you swing it.
