I'm right there with you. I was a stay at home mom because we didn't trust anyone else to watch our children. Also, neither of us cared for the idea of an infant going to daycare. Babies belong with their moms. That's all there is to it. But these days, maintaining on a single income is nearly impossible.

For the first couple of years, i think so. I went back to work part time last year and then promptly got knocked up again. It's difficult to maintain family and work.
