That's the problem, because I roll my own too and they now want to jack the price of ryo tobacco stuff, to that of regular cigarettes.

ok ill tell ya'll how to bypass laws if you smoke,if you state has a nearby indian reservation,you can buy cigarettes or other items tax free so long as it was made by native americans on or off the reservation and sold on an indian reservation.i used to buy 100% natural cigarettes with cotton filters and no additives for $14 a carton,werent as good as regular,but what do you expect without the taste good chemicals.

federal government cannot bypass this by treaty,because the treaty states indian reservations dont have to charge state or federal taxes on anything sold on their reservation if it was indian made.

Right now it seems, ryo tobacco is safe, but stores who make cigs with ryo machines for people.
Have been reclassified as tobacco manufactures for the purpose of taxing at the same rate as formal manufacturers.

Not sure how long our gravy train will last.

Why are they raising taxes on tobacco, you would think that it would be more use to tax alcohol where the money is.

Tobacco is the public demon, while alcohol is enjoyed by many.
It's easier to get away with taxing the crap out of tobacco.

After I quit for 7 months last year, my thoughts started to get a tad..."dark" so to put it. So I restarted smoking and it got rid of them nasty dark thoughts. It's possible tobacco, I mean nicotine, does public good. Nicotine gum does the same thing.

If you intent to quit permanently you cannot surround yourself with assholes in your personal life.

I now have a Top-O-Matic 2. Wouldn't you know it - After bragging about my last Top-O-Matic lasting more than 2 years, it gave up the ghost within a day after I bragged about it here. LOL.
