Voter ID laws seem common sense to me. It creates more confidence in the election results and reduces fraudulent voting.

This push to boycott Walmart just makes me want to go there right now and buy several things. To start I could use some more ammo…9mm, 7.62 x 39mm, .308, and some shotgun shells.
For some reason I feel like going to walmart and buying a coke.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

id go to walmart right now if it wasnt 15 miles away.

i could go to target which is closer but people there generally frown upon me walking in there in camo or wearing a grease stained white shirt and a wrench in my back pocket.

So by winning in fair, legal competition in the spirit of the freem market, they are all that is evil in the world?
Didn't Walmart beging dominating because they had innovated better logistics and and a better business model, that people CHOSE to support with their feet/dollars?
They take over towns? You mean the towns allow them to come in, and the people buy their stuff? Crazy! This is outrageous!!

I don't shop at Wal-Mart, but why would you want to destroy so many peoples preferred place to shop, and where many choose to be employed? Your way or the highway? Should any business opening its doors check with you first to see if on a whim you like them or not? What a mini-tyrant you are!

Most of what you said can apply to almost any major corporation in existence. And, for that matter, most high-end brands.

I wouldn't call moving into a town, lowering your prices to the point it drives local businesses out, then raising your prices without competition exactly fair.

Fair my ass. Any company that treats their employees decently or doesnt partake in the disgusting labor practices overseas to keep prices a bit lower can't compete with wal marts prices. Its not free market. They are creating a monopoly and forcing jobs out of the United States. They are lowering the quality of life here and around their world for their own benefit. And ignorant greed by disgusting consumers is allowing them to do it.

thats not how walmart works, they raise their prices 10% and then give a 10% off special, causing idiots to think they are getting a deal but paying normal retail.

i dont know about the rest of the country but the kmart out here is alot cheaper than walmart.

No, fair by legal and free-market standards (predominantly choice). Not your personal standards.

It's disgusting to employ hard workers from other countries?
Its disgusting to have low prices? It's their ****ing business model, has been for decades.

you really think wal mart offering jobs oversease lowers the quality of life overseas? You think the person who now shops at once place rather than ToysRUs then department stores, then a grocery store, have a lower quality of life?

I hope people are kind enough to let you shop where you like...

The majority of consumers are "digusting"? I believe you have some serious issues living in a free country.
