So, that's why I got a pm from Dianna for bail money.

You know the time is right to take control, we gotta take offense against the status quo

I guess my question is this stuff the internet bill trying to cover criminal now? I mean if I call someone on the telephone or talk to them in person and threaten them with bodily harm is that illegal? If I say something lewd or obscene to someone by any means is that legal under today's law? I see no reason to make it illegal just because it is done over the internet nor do I think we need some special law for something that is already illegal. Annoying and offending is a constitutional right.

Another weird, unconstitutional law passing the Arizona legislature! Who woulda thunk it?

the state would go bankrupt trying to extradite all the folks not in AZ (but on the internet readable to AZ folk) over to AZ to prosecute.

Anonymous would have a field day with AZ state government if that bill ever saw daylight.

You're all going to jail if you say anything I disagree with since it may annoy me.
There's little to no chance that this law conforms to the 1st amendment. Constitutionality aside, it's also probably impossible to enforce, given that Arizona only has jurisdiction over Arizona, whereas the internet exists, y'know, everywhere.

Wait, are you claiming that unelected, unaccountable judges can negate the will of the people?

In certain circles Sir you speak blasphemy!

It is a perfect example of will of the people vs the constitutional considerations we operate under.

I find the phrase "Libertarian-Left" offensive in it's own right.
