Supreme court rules for Idaho couple in EPA battle

This is a huge victory for the rights of Americans. The EPA can no longer be judge jury and executioner. Obamas EPA has been stopped in it's tracks, score one for the little guy. It was a unanimous decision too, even the libs could see the EPA had gone nuts here.

"The Supreme Court today ruled in favor of an Idaho couple who had been battling the Environmental Protection Agency in an effort to build their dream home."

It's a start, anyway. We still have a long way to go to bring the EPA under control.

Im wondering if this is a tipping point in agency actions, because they have been undertaking these kinds of actions for years.

Now THIS case is a prime example of governmental thuggery, if I've ever heard one.

Read the article. This really frosted me: "The Sacketts sought to challenge the EPA’s finding in court, but were told that that they needed to go through a permitting process first, and only after the EPA moved to enforce the order could they seek judicial review."

Good job on the part of the high court.

Wow, the left must agree with this. I'm glad to finally see this.

This ruling on the overreaching of the EPA is fantastic all on it's own but it also gives me hope on how the supremes will rule on the obama insurance mandate.
