The US itself flouted convention going into Iraq, despite a Security Council veto. So much for binding contracts, eh?

I'm certain that over the last 40 years, Iran has decided that perhaps it's situation has changed. I believe they're in a better position to decide that than you are.
You make **** up as you go along. What does Iran signing a nuclear non-proliferation treaty have anything to do with us and Iraq? Nice attempt to dodge, but you fail.

If Iran has decided their situation has changed, then they need to withdraw from that agreement. That would look TERRIBLE to the world if they did, but they are free to. Until then, they are bound by it. They signed it freely, nobody forced them to. THIS FACT, SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT TO FACE, IS SOMETHING YOU CAN'T IGNORE. No matter how much you try to bring Iraq into this. (Oh yea, we were justified going into Iraq, I have no idea what UN vote you're talking about but we don't need UN permission to do anything! We had all 16 members voted for the war, we can't do much better! LOL)

So no, Iran can't ignore the NPT just because you think they know better what they need than I do. It has nothing to do with me, I'm simply pointing out facts.

You still need your clue, your "get a brain" personal attack and then measly attempt at changing the subject to Iraq shows who the brainless one really is. LOL

If you fail to see the relevance of that, and in response to your own inclusion of flouting legality, you're even more foolish than I suspected.

Wrong. The decision was vetoed. Your ignorance knows no bounds. Google it, witling.

Can dish it. Can't take it.

Can you vote in a French or German election?

I invite you to peruse post #138.

And how does your own post here contribute to the substance of the discussion?

And what 'other matters'. Or did you not think that one through?

your posts are becoming ever-more stupid.

The French & the Germans do not have ultimate or even partial control over the USA. Why should it matter that we can't vote in their elections?

I'm curious. Would you consider that an attack?

Since you called his post 'stupid', it appears as a personal attack.

I get it, Thunder. You're the forum heckler (or one of them at least). You have nothing to contribute to the substance of the discussion. Your sole intent is to flit between posts, heckling.

    It's cool. I'll remember.

Your personal attacks have been reported. This thread isn't about Iraq. Come back when you know what you're talking about.

United Nations Security Council Resolution 1441 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

And calling a post stupid is one thing, calling a PERSON stupid is another. Example:

"You sure post some stupid stuff here, Thunder."

"You sure are a stupid person, Thunder."

The first is an attack on his posts, that's fine. The second is a direct personal attack on HIM. That, my friend, is against the rules.
