We Hate Tar Sand Oil, and WE SUPPORT JOHN BOLENBOUGH - 12160

In July , the Summer of 2010, over 1 millions gallons of tar sand oil were spilled http://http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/...k-pollutes-major-michigan-river/#.TzG5ysgrzKQ
into the Kalamazoo River in Calhoun County area, including Marshall, Kalamazoo, and Talmidge Creek.

John Bolenbough was an employee of Enbridge and he was being paid (a handsome wage) to clean up oil. John was fired when he refused to COVER UP OIL with mud, leaves, grass, etc.

John has been bringing the truth of the oil debacle and I think any conscientious Human should help, too.

Let everyOne You know have a chance to spread the word, too. Send the link on!

Thank You!

I don't like Lima Beans.

Brilliant and relevant response. Lima beans are such a threat to the health and well-being of People and the environment.

I hate accidents and unfortunate events.

Sounds like an excuse to play emotionalism and get money by using an accident to stir up the gullible. Quite shameful really.

Actually, I have no vested interest. I am more concerned with the fact that oil was covered up and then claimed to be clean. My role was merely to spread information. If there is a money request (which I am trying to be rid of the need for) involved somewhere, don't send any. Doesn't change the facts in this case.

I don't see any mention in the OP link that this oil is from tar sands. It does say the oil is going from Indiana, TO Canada. Tar sand oil flows FROM Canada.

Appears to be another hypocritical attempt to blame every oil spill accident on tar sands.

Conceivably it is a typo. Those DO happen, You know.

Actually, the environmental concerns were exactly why the Republican Gov. of Nebraska asked the administration to reroute the Keystone pipeline.

I hate people that bitch about oil but insist on using oil products.

Think you could put one reliable, unbiased source in there for the hell of it?
Left leaning environmental doom sites arent going to make people change their minds.

Try something like this : Kalamazoo River Oil Spill | The Enquirer | battlecreekenquirer.com
MARSHALL -- The crude oil spill that contaminated Fredonia Township, Talmadge Creek and the Kalamazoo River last year is not yet cleaned enough for residents to re-enter the affected zone, despite the fact that 766,000 gallons of the 843,000 gallons reported to be spilled have been cleaned to date.

I dunno, looks like a mess. If enbridge is covering up bad cleaning methods they need to have the book thrown at them. Beyond that, Im not sure what to say.
