What is with libs here ? Does everyone have to resort to the ad-hom , and then claim to be offended when someone points and says "why the stupidity' ? as you have done ?
As they say, "If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen".
My advice to the libs is to cut the crap.

I don't know, I'm not a "lib." I do know that lots of people on BOTH sides of the political aisle engage in all sorts of underhanded behavior here. What is with libs here ?

However, back to the point. A poster who was apparently unable to debate posted so as to insult my intelligence. That is what forum imbeciles do.
So I took the exact same absurdity, and substituted other demeaning assumptions, and played it back.
And look at how you reacted !! I would characterize it as typical liberal hypocrisy, with a side order of "heat in the kitchen", as I noted.
If liberals want to stop being treated as punks, maybe they should stop acting like such, as that original poster did. Try going toe to toe on debating the topic, and stop the stupid crap ? If you can.
The issue of this thread is that the two Democrats who were "Recess" Appointments to the NLRB were never even submitted to a Congress in normal session, which bypasses completely the Constitutionally mandated "advise and consent" role of the Senate.
The larger issue of these recent actions by Obama, including the topic of another thread, the appointment of Cordray, is that the Senate was not in Recess, and therefore Recess Appointments were not valid on that date.
Nowhere is the debate whether or not Recess Appointments are authorized by the Constitution, and current Senate rules. It is conceded that they are authorized, although the Executive may have bastardized the process.
You were saying something about "imbecile" ?
