The Obama Administration has suddenly and without warning sealed court records containing alarming details of how Mexican drug smugglers murdered a U.S. Border patrol agent with a gun connected to a federal government snafu that allowed firearms to be smuggled into Mexico, according to a top non-partisan organization that investigates government corruption and fraud.
This important information will now be kept from the public as well as the media by politicians who used a law enforcement agency for their political agenda, according to the blogger for Judicial Watch

Is this for real? If it is why isn't it in the mainstream media? I think Obama should be impeached already on the grounds that the ATF scandal went on under his nose OR with his blessing. Either he is a responsable leader and should be held responsable or he is an irresponsable leader and shouldn't be steering the ship.

1. The media loves Obama

2.The media is anti-2nd amendment. They do not want to report any stories that make it look like the president was trying to purposely create a problem wit the fast and furious operation so he can impose new restrictions on gun stores by claiming its gun stores on the border that are the problem.

If Reagan got away with Iran Contra, there's no way Obama gets impeached over this.
 
Covering up what, though? I thought it was blatant fact that he was killed with a weapon that we supplied the Cartels with in part of a failed 'genius' plan to trace them back to their secret, hidden underground layer.

If they're hiding anything it's likely military-related info that the public doesn't need to be seeing anyway - but for the life of me I can't see what they could cover up at this point that would make them look worse than they already do.

Obama gave guns to thugs in Mexico whom the US has no jurisdiction over in order to try to get hostages released?

This makes you look really uninformed. Remember? Reagan didn't even know about the Iran-Contra debacle. So how could he have been trying to get the hostages released by giving guns to Iran?

Rather than relying on a source that uses yellow journalism for political ends, we need to find out WHY the records were sealed, and who sealed them. It didn't take me long to find out. Obama did not seal the records.

Professor Donald Downs teaches law at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He said federal judges can seal a murder case if it is still being investigated.

“There could be information that’s in that record that could give people ideas as to who a witness is, who’s involved. Things like that," Downs said.

And that is exactly what happened. A Federal Judge, not Barack Obama, ordered the records sealed, because those records are part of an ongoing case against Osorio Arellanes, who is charged with 14 felonies, including murder, assault, weapons charges and illegal re-entry. There are also 4 others who are still at large.

I bet the 4 who got away are being protected and the 1 who was caught will shoulder/psuedo-scapegoat all the blame. (speculation)

Obama isn't going to get impeached over this but there is absolutely no reason that Holder is anywhere near a government job right now. I understand that the Washington Post is trying to dig up some dirt on Newt.

From what was going to be the most open administration in history.
