Wow, those look like 19 hard hard miles.
From my first post it could look that way, but if you really look at it, I never said I believed it. I just said it's all fun and games until someone miscarries and then the lawsuits begin - which is true. The fact is, if I was doing what apdst was doing, I'd say something like this:
"Those scumbag riot police ...". But I'm not a hack and I know that there is nothing but a ton of doubt in this case. Also, I am not pro-life - the type of person that would call someone who got raped a murderer if she aborted or chastise anyone about the importance of a fetus. But yet, here will come the conservative base, showing their true colors and not giving one **** about this lady because:
1) She's poor
2) She was at an OWS protest
The hypocrisy in this entire thing is so glaring it's funny that you don't see it.
It's not that common. Perhaps amongst gamers, but not everyone is a gamer.
Was this lady stupid for going to a protest where there was known police brutality? Hell yes.
Are the cops POSs for beating this woman and causing her to have a miscarriage? Hell yes.
Should blame be put on both sides? Definitely.
My money is on she wasn't pregnant and did not miscarry.
Well let's wait until we see the evidence.

i must defer to your expertiseThat's retarded.
show me the cite indicating she did that or we will have to assume you made this **** up (again)She shouldn't go on roller coasters
post the cite proving she did that or we will again have to assume you made this crap upShe shouldn't do tequila shots
did not realize that pregnant women gave up their rights of assembly and free speech. show us that cite describing how she relinquished such Constitutional rights ... never mind, we know you just made that **** up, tooShe shouldn't go to protests and anatognize the police.
and your very post proves to us that it is not actually very common. it is especially in short supply among the reich wingCommon sense, there chief.
Guess Rosa Parks and every civil disobedient individual in the 50s and 60s should have been pepper sprayed as well. There is no need to pepper spray non-violent, civil disobedience, and I think the lawsuits that may follow from this will show that.
*Edit to add:
And by the way, I am pretty sure that your entire statement is not necessarily true anyway. Cops are subject to the same law as everyone else. There word is not the law, and ignorance to their word does not authorize excessive force.
i must defer to your expertise

Is it wrong that this sounds really good to me?Stand still X-Factor, and I will spice you right up with some pepper oil and then you can tell me how warm and fuzzy it makes you feel.
The absurdity of that point is actually best demonstrated by either saying "OK, then you should be fine if all police officers have their pepper spray replaced with oregano since it's really just swapping spices." or "A leg of lamb is just food up until I use it to bludgeon somebody senseless, at which point it becomes a weapon."
I prefer the former, myself. How different would these pepper spraying incidents be if the cops were simply sprinkling oregano on people?
I wouldn't call it sarcasm, no.Is this sarcasm?
Is there, at this time, any evidence that this story is true?
Spices are different with different tastes and characteristics. I like pepper and cinnamon but they can't be used interchangeably just because they're both spices.
And one characteristic of capsaicin is that it can be used as a weapon, while Oregano cannot. Thank you for proving my point.

Let's be honest, if the woman and her unborn baby were at a Tea Party rally instead, X Factor and the rest of the pro lifers would have placed more value on the loss of the unborn baby's life. Since it was in the womb of a woman at a liberal leaning protest, the baby's life isn't of much value to them nor are the concerned with her loss.
Rosa Parks is not at all similar to this situation, not in the least.
Obviously if she was pepper sprayed she was doing something the police told her to stop, this = fighting the police. You say she was not, so obviously she was jsut innocently walking along and the police raped her. Raped her, in this context, is the slang from FPS games that denotes "Kicked the **** out of her", rather then a sexual assault as you are suggesting.
Which was it? Was protesting, refusing to cooperate and got what she had coming to her? Or was she just an innocent teen caught up by police brutality?
The protesters were breaking the law in a non-violent manner and so were most civil rights protests. Care to explain the difference?
What they were fighting for. rof
