If true, tragic. It will be interesting to hear how the pepper spray 'got to' the baby, since "They diagnosed that I was having a miscarriage. They said the damage was from the kick and that the pepper spray got to it [the fetus], too," she said.
"I was worried about it [when I joined the protests], but I didn't know it would be this bad. I didn't know that a cop would murder a baby that's not born yet... I am trying to get lawyers."
That should be interesting to see the video of police kicking her and causing a miscarriage. Its interesting that people here are blaming this on the pepper spray. On the plus side...she should have NO TROUBLE getting a lawyer. We'll see how this plays out. I hope the spotlight shines very very VERY bright on this one til it has reached a final conclusion.
But it was a risk that she took, especially when she failed to heed the warnings to disperse and that the cops would be using pepper spray. It wasn't like she had little time to act when police action became a likely scenario.

However, again, she had no way of knowing things would get ugly, as such things are not predictable, so even not knowing to heed warnings isn't entirely her fault. These situations are always chaotic and have any number of results, so any predictability before hand is none.
